The thriller Use Me from award-winning film maker, director and actor Julian Shaw will have its world premiere at this year’s Brooklyn Film Festival. Use Me will World Premiere on Sunday, June 2nd with a second screening on Monday, June 3rd.

The film is unique as it documents Julian’s exploration and fascination with Ceara Lynch’s entrepreneurial efforts blurring the line between fantasy and reality. Many aspects of the film are real as with a documentary but also parts are fictional just as with Ceara’s profession.

An ambitious Australian documentary filmmaker Julian Shaw (starring as himself) travels to thew United States to direct a documentary on the ‘mental humiliatrix’ Ceara Lynch (starring as herself). He discovers the darkest parts of himself when he turns the camera on Ceara, who humiliates men for money. An initially tantalizing documentary project turns into a private investigation as Julian digs deeper into Ceara’s questionable professional life. The obsession with documenting his subject soon becomes a matter of life and death.
