Reuniting for an unforgettable weekend, a group of high school friends takes a break from their separate lives at college to travel by RV to a musical festival. Their exciting weekend plans quickly unravel as they find themselves fighting to survive each other and the unknown.

“I have wanted to tell the story of ‘Don’t Turn Out the Lights’ since I was a senior in high school in Texas. The events that unfold in my film are inspired by one night I shared with a group of close friends.” says director Andy Fickman on the inspiration of the film, he continues, “There are no easy answers to what occurred that night, and the many interpretations of what may or may not have transpired still linger in the back of my mind as a wildly personal and unsolved mystery. That particular evening will forever be emblazoned in my memory, and I’m reminded by the physical scar that runs along my hand.”
