Datari Turner Productions’ critically-acclaimed film A Boy. A Girl. A Dream, starring Omari Hardwick and Meagan Good has been acquired by Starz. The Sundance Film Festival selection, directed by Qasim Basir and produced by prolific film/television producer Datari Turner, will make its television debut on Starz on Tuesday, August 6.
A Boy. A Girl. A Dream is set on the night of the 2016 Presidential election, where Cass (Omari Hardwick), an L.A. club promoter, takes a thrilling and emotional journey with Frida (Meagan Good), a Midwestern visitor. She challenges him to revisit his broken dreams – while he pushes her to discover hers.
