Marriage Story along with The Irishman and Joker lead the 2019 San Diego Film Critics Society’s Award Nominations scoring multiple nominations including for Best Picture. The San Diego Film Critics Society comprises of print, radio, TV and digital film critics working in San Diego County.
Other films making the list include Apollo 11, The Biggest Little Farm, “Love, Antosha”, One Child Nation and They Shall Not Grow Old nominated for Best Documentary; and The Farewell, Pain and Glory, Parasite, Portrait of a Lady on Fire and Transit nominated for Best Foreign-language Film.
