Kiss released the trailer for their new documentary Biography: KISStory premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival followed by A&E on June 27.

Directed by D.J. Viola, the two-part documentary airing over two nights on A&E featuring founders Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, promises “after 50 years, it’s time to unmask the true story behind the hottest band in the world.”

After 50 years of rocking and rolling all night and partying every day, the #1 Gold Record selling band of all time, KISS, shares their story of success before finally smashing their last guitar and extinguishing the fire-breathing demon.

Also featured in the documentary are Ace Frehley, Peter Criss, Dave Grohl, Tom Morello, Doc McGhee, Eddie Kramer, Bob Ezrin, Matt Pinfield, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer.
