A24 revealed the official trailer for Dicks: The Musical, a comedy musical with an all-star ensemble featuring Nathan Lane, Megan Mullally, Megan Thee Stallion, Bowen Yang, and introducing Aaron Jackson & Josh Sharp.
The film is based on the off-Broadway musical Fucking Identical Twins by Josh Sharp and Aaron Jackson and will be make it’s World Premiere as the opening night film of Midnight Madness at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Release Date
From the producers of The Greatest Showman and directed by Larry Charles (Borat), Dicks: The Musical opens in theaters with a release date of September 29.
Synopsis
Two self-obsessed businessmen (writers Aaron Jackson & Josh Sharp) discover they’re long-lost identical twins and come together to plot the reunion of their eccentric divorced parents, in this riotously funny and depraved musical from comedy icon Larry Charles (Seinfeld, Borat) also starring Megan Thee Stallion, Nathan Lane, Megan Mullally, and Bowen Yang as God.
