The 2024 Palm Springs International ShortFest presented Awards and cash prizes worth $25,000 to the Festival juried and audience award winners including five Academy Award® qualifying awards selected from the 310 short films that were part of the Official Selection.
Top awards and prizes went to Bogotá Story for Best of the Festival, The Car That Came Back from the Sea won Best Animated Short, Seat 31: Zooey Zephyr won Best Documentary Short, Oyu won Best Live-Action Short Over 15 Minutes, and Complications won Best Live-Action Short 15 Minutes and Under.
The the 30th-annual Palm Springs International ShortFest took place June 18-24, 2024.
