Co-directed by Elton John’s husband David Furnish, ‘Elton John: Never Too Late’ is a documentary exploring the life and career of the legendary singer/songwriter Elton John. The documentary reflects on John’s journey to stardom and how he confronted his challenges throughout his 50-year career. The documentary also features a new original song by Elton John.
‘Elton John: Never Too Late’ had its world premiere at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival on September 6, 2024. The documentary is also scheduled to screen at the 62nd New York Film Festival and the BFI London Film Festival.

Synopsis
Directed by R.J. Cutler and David Furnish, the documentary follows Elton John as he looks back on his life and the astonishing early days of his 50-year career in this emotionally charged, intimate and uplifting full-circle journey. As he prepares for his final concert in North America at Dodger Stadium, Elton takes us back in time and recounts the extraordinary highs and heartbreaking lows of his early years and how he overcame adversity, abuse and addiction to become the icon he is today.
