
Edward Berger’s Conclave won the top prize of Best Film at the 2025 EE BAFTA Film Awards along with Outstanding British Film, Adapted Screenplay and Editing.
The Brutalist also won four BAFTAs including Director for Brady Corbet, Leading Actor for Adrien Brody, Cinematography and Original Score.
Sean Baker’s Anora, Jacques Audiard’s Emilia Pérez and Jesse Eisenberg’s A Real Pain were among the films winning two BAFTAs. Anora won Leading Actress for Mikey Madison and Casting; Emilia Pérez won Supporting Actress for Zoe Saldaña and Film Not in the English Language; and A Real Pain won Supporting Actor for Kieran Culkin and Original Screenplay for Jesse Eisenberg.
Other top wins went to Kneecap for Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer, Rich Peppiett and Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story won Documentary
MediCinema was awarded the Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema award and the BAFTA Fellowship was presented to actor Warwick Davis. The Fellowship is the highest accolade bestowed by BAFTA in recognition of an individual’s outstanding and exceptional contribution to film, games or television across their career.
The EE Rising Star Award, the only award voted for by the public, went to David Jonsson.
