Anora won Best Picture and Mikey Madison wins Best Actress in the International category of the 25th Vancouver Film Critics Circle (VFCC) awards.
A Real Pain also won two prizes, nabbing Best Supporting Actor for Kieran Culkin and Best Screenplay for Jesse Eisenberg.
Other wins went to No Other Land for Best Documentary, Flow won Best International Film, and Margaret Qualley won Best Supporting Actress for The Substance.
In the British Columbia, Canada category, Can I Get a Witness? dominated with 5 awards, winning Best BC Film, Best Director along with Best BC Director for Ann Marie Fleming, Supporting Female Actor for Sandra Oh, and Keira Jang took the One to Watch award.
My Old Ass walked away with three wins, including Best Picture, Best Female Actor for Maisy Stella and Best Canadian Screenplay for Megan Park.
Other wins went to Sugarcane for Best Documentary, Matt Johnson won Best Male Actor for Matt and Mara, and Patrick J. Adams won Best Supporting Male Actor for Young Werther.
