A24 revealed a new trailer 2 for Materialists, Celine Song’s romantic comedy film that delves into the complexities of modern love.
Set against the backdrop of New York City, the new trailer shows Dakota Johnson as Lucy, a successful matchmaker who navigates the intricacies of her clients’ romantic lives. Her own love life becomes entangled when she finds herself torn between two suitors: Harry (Pedro Pascal), a wealthy and kind bachelor, and John (Chris Evans), her struggling actor ex-boyfriend.
A24 will release the film in theaters in the United States on June 13, 2025.
