A24 debuted the official trailer for Eternity, the fresh new romantic comedy‑drama film starring Miles Teller, Elizabeth Olsen, Callum Turner, John Early, and Da’Vine Joy Randolph
The premise of the film is interestingly simple, and sets the stage for a deeply emotional, witty, drama.
Directed by David Freyne (Dating Amber, The Cured), Eternity will world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival running September 4–14, 2025. Following TIFF, A24 plans a wider theatrical release across the U.S. in late 2025.
Here is the synopsis
“In an afterlife where souls have one week to decide where to spend eternity, Joan is faced with the impossible choice between the man she spent her life with (Larry) and her first love (Luke), who died young and has waited decades for her to arrive.”
