Joachim Trier’s Sentimental Value (Affeksjonsverdi) leads the nominations for the 38th European Film Awards with 5 nominations including European Film, European Director, European Actress for Renate Reinsve, European Actor for Stellan Skarsgård.

It also received the nomination for European Screenwriter for Eskil Vogt and Joachim Trier.

Sirāt (Sirât) by Oliver Laxe received 4 nominations including European Film, European Director, European Actor Sergi López and European Screenwriter for Santiago Fillol and Oliver Laxe.
