Ryan White’s Come See Me in the Good Light was awarded the top prize of Outstanding Nonfiction Feature at the 19th annual Cinema Eye Honors in New York City.

The Perfect Neighbor won two awards for Outstanding Direction for Geeta Gandbhir and Outstanding Editing for Viridiana Lieberman. Using police bodycam footage, the documentary chronicles reveals how a long-running neighborhood dispute turned fatal in a film about fear, prejudice and Stand Your Ground laws.

Seeds also won two honors for Cinematography and Debut for director Brittany Shyne. The documentary takes a look at the lives of Black generational farmers, unveiling the challenges of maintaining legacy and the value of land ownership.

Other honors went to To the West, in Zapata directed By David Bim for Spotlight Award, The Tale of Silyan directed By Tamara Kotevska won Audience Choice Prize, and the Heterodox Award went to The Voice of Hind Rajab directed By Kaouther Ben Hania.
