The 83rd Annual Golden Globes Awards delivered a night of few surprises, honoring the top films, television shows, and podcasts.
At the top of the motion picture categories, Hamnet won Best Motion Picture (Drama) and One Battle After Another received Best Motion Picture (Musical or Comedy), along with a supporting performance win for Teyana Taylor.
Other acting honors went to Jessie Buckley, who received the award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture (Drama) for Hamnet, while Timothée Chalamet and Rose Byrne took home musical or comedy performance awards for Marty Supreme and If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, respectively.
International cinema also made a powerful impression, as The Secret Agent claimed Best Motion Picture (Non-English Language) and earned Wagner Moura the Best Actor (Drama) prize, while Stellan Skarsgård was recognized for his commanding supporting turn in Sentimental Value.
