‘Hunting Jessica Brok’ Trailer – Danica De La Rey Jones, Clyde Berning, Star in Alastair Orr’s Gritty Action Thriller

In the high-stakes action thriller Hunting Jessica Brok, directed by Alastair Or, a retired special forces agent must battle a group of vengeful psychopaths and the African wilderness to get her daughter back.

Starring in the film are Danica De La Rey Jones, Clyde Berning, Richard Lukunku, Anthony Oseyemi, and Hlubi Mboya.

Quiver Distribution has acquired North American rights and scheduled the theatrical release for February 13, 2026.

Here’s the official synopsis of the film: Jessica Brok, a former elite Black Ops soldier, has left her violent past behind in rural South Africa. But when an old ally betrays her, she’s captured by a ruthless warlord she once hunted. With her daughter caught in danger, Jessica must escape a deadly compound and face mercenaries, forcing her to become the killer she vowed never to be again.

“Hunting Jessica Brok began for me not with action or explosions, but with a question: How far can a person go to escape who they used to be — and what happens when they’re forced to become that version of themselves again, but worse? This isn’t a story about a killer finding redemption. It’s about a survivor learning to kill again — not because she wants to, but because the world won’t let her be anything else,” said director Alastair Orr.
