Over Your Dead Body is set to make its world premiere at the 2026 South by Southwest (SXSW) Film & TV Festival, then open widely in U.S. theaters beginning April 24, 2026, via Independent Film Company.

The screenplay was penned by Nick Kocher and Brian McElhaney, and the film is produced by Kelly McCormick, David Leitch, Aram Tertzakian, Nick Spicer, Guy Danella, and Lee Kim, with Tommy Wirkola among the executive producers.
