Academy and ABC Reveals Dates for 99th and 100th Oscars

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and ABC announced the dates for the 99th Oscars and the 100th Oscars before moving to YouTube.

The 99th Oscars will take place on Sunday, March 14, 2027, and the 100th Oscars will take place on Sunday, March 5, 2028.

The shows will air live at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT on ABC and in more than 200 territories worldwide from the Dolby® Theatre at Ovation Hollywood.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has signed a multi-year deal with YouTube, giving the platform the exclusive global rights to the Oscars, beginning in 2029 with the 101st Oscars ceremony and running through 2033.
