‘Hulk Hogan: Real American’ Netflix Documentary Explores the Complicated Legacy of Wrestling Legend

The larger-than-life wrestling icon steps out from behind the bandana and into a far more vulnerable spotlight in the revealing Netflix documentary series Hulk Hogan: Real American.

Chronicling the rise, dominance, and complicated legacy of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, born Terry Bollea, the series blends archival footage, candid interviews, and what is now his final recorded conversation before his death in 2025.

Promising an unfiltered look, the documentary features appearances and commentary from figures close to him, including fellow wrestlers and family members.

Directed by Bryan Storkel, the four-part docuseries is set to debut in the United States on April 22, 2026.
