Lara and the Beat The 2019 British Urban Film Festival which takes place September 1 to 7, will open with Tosin Coker’s ‘Lara and the Beat’, a Nigerian romantic comedy drama about two sisters coming to terms with the legacy of their family’s media empire. British interest comes in the form of lead actress Seyi Shey who was born in Tottenham. The film also stars Wale Ojo (Meet the Adebanjo’s).
