The Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival (TVIFF) announced today that Raquel Welch, sex symbol of the 1960s and 1970s and current best-selling author will be given the Icon Award at the 16th Annual festival, September 15-19, 2010. Welch will receive the award in person at an open to the public, star-studded, black tie gala on closing night of the festival.
