    Less than one month before opening night, the 2020 Animation First festival continues to add new films and events including the US premiere of Hello World! directed by Anne-Lise Koehler and Éric Serre, an exhibition of illustrator/filmmaker Lorenzo Mattotti’s New Yorker covers, as well as expanded programs of shorts, video games, virtual and augmented reality, and public workshops. The Animation First festival will take place from February 7 to 9.

    Sony Pictures Classics released a teaser trailer for Charm City Kings, a film by Angel Manuel Soto, starring Jahi Di’Allo Winston, Meek Mill, Will Catlett, Chino Braxton, Lakeyria “Wheelie Queen” Doughty, Donielle Tremaine Hansley, Kezii Curtis, Chandler DuPont, with Teyonah Parris, that is set to debut In Competition at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival. Following the film’s festival premiere, Sony Pictures Classics will release Charm City Kings in select theaters on April 10, 2020, followed by a wide release on April 17, 2020.
