Chaktomuk Short Film Festival, aka CSFF, is an annual short film festival taking place in Phnom Penh, Cambodia since 2012. It is organized by Kon Khmer Koun Khmer, aka 4K, and aims to to promote talented filmmakers and to nurture culture of cinema for both making and watching in and out of Cambodia.
