
The 53rd Nashville Film Festival (NashFilm) taking place September 29 – October 5 both in-person and virtuall will feature more than 150 titles, including 38 feature-length film.

3rd i’s 20th Annual San Francisco International South Asian Film Festival: Bollywood and Beyond (SFISAFF) will take place at the Roxie and Castro theaters in San Francisco from September 23-25!

Seventeen films – thirteen features and four shorts – make up the Basque participation at San Sebastian Festival’s 70th edition. Zinemira, the section specifically dedicated to Basque cinema at San Sebastian Festival will showcase seven fictions and non-fictions. Award-Winning filmmaker Godfrey Reggio will receive the Santa Fe International Film Festival (SFiFF) Lifetime Achievement Award at the festival’s 14th edition, presented this upcoming October. The Lifetime Achievement Award Ceremony will be followed by the World Premiere of Reggio’s latest film, Once Within a Time.

The Mexican comedy Love & Mathematics (Amor y matemáticas), the fifth feature film from director Claudia Sainte-Luce (The Amazing Catfish), a satirical and engaging comedy of the ambitions and aspirations of upper-middle-class Mexican society, will have its world premiere in the Contemporary World Cinema showcase at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), taking place September 8-18, 2022.
