The Canadian drama The Body Remembers When The World Broke Open which debuted at the Berlin Film Festival 2019 and had its North American premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival 2019 was acquired by Ava DuVernay’s ARRAY Releasing.

A24 released the the brand new trailer for the crime comedy Uncut Gems, directed by the Josh and Benny Safdie; and starring Adam Sandler, Kevin Garnett, Idina Menzel, Lakeith Stanfield, Julia Fox, along with Eric Bogosian.

Sister Aimee directed Samantha Buck and Marie Schlingmann opens in limited theaters on September 27, and on VOD October 1. The film, an official selection at Sundance and SXSW film festivals, follows America’s most famous evangelist, who after faking her own death, finds herself on a wild road trip towards Mexico, haunted not only by the police but by her own persona.

Collisions, a film written and directed by Richard Levien, reveals the devastating impact of U.S. immigration policy on one family when the mother is detained by ICE. The film has screened at nineteen US film festivals, winning thirteen awards (including Audience Award at the Mill Valley Film Festival). Collisions will open at the Laemmle Music Hall in Los Angeles on October 4 (with a premiere screening taking place Thursday, October 3rd at the Ahrya Fine Arts in Beverly Hills, with cast and director in attendance). Other cities will follow.
