Here is the new official trailer for Lux Æterna, Gaspar Noé’s “stylistically daring” film with a “metafictional twist” starring Charlotte Gainsbourg and Béatrice Dalle playing a fictional version of themselves making a film about witches. Also starring in the film are Abbey Lee, Karl Glusman, Claude-Emmanuelle Gajan-Maull and Félix Maritaud.
Dekanalog will release Father, the Serbian film directed by Srdan Golubović, in select U.S. cinemas, beginning Friday, April 15th. The Berlinale Panorama Audience Award winner opens at NYC’s New Plaza on the 15th and LA’s Laemmle Royal the following week. An expanded national rollout will follow.

Neon released the official trailer for Petite Maman, the French drama from filmmaker Céline Sciamma about a young girl coping with the death of her grandmother by bonding with her mother. The film starring Joséphine Sanz, Gabrielle Sanz, Stéphane Varupenne, Nina Meurisse and Margo Abascal had its world premiere at the 71st Berlin International Film Festival.
Move Me, a feature film made by and about a quadraplegic, world premieres at Full Frame Documentary Film Festival on April 7th, and also plays at the ReelAbilities Film Festival: New York on April 12th.
Directed by Amy Bench, More Than I Remember, the animated documentary on child refugee Mugeni, will have its international premiere at the 2022 Hot Docs film festival as part of the shorts program: Persister Shorts: Mother’s Day, a selection of short documentaries features stories of women speaking up and being heard.

Directed by Emma Cooper, the documentary premieres on Netflix on April 27th, 2022.
RLJE Films debuted the official trailer for Dual, the sci-fi comedy film starring Karen Gillan, Beulah Koale with Theo James and Aaron Paul. Directed by Riley Stearns, the film premiered at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival, and opens in theaters on April 15, 2022.
