Chilling Western Tale THE WIND Releases Official Trailer, Opens on April 5
The Wind iFC Midnight released the trailer for The Wind described as a “chilling western tale of madness, paranoia, and supernatural terror howling across the homestead.” Directed by Emma Tammi, and starring Caitlin Gerard, Julia Goldani Telles, Miles Anderson, along with Dylan McTee, The Wind opens in theaters on April 5th.

Filmmaker Barry Avrich Begins Production on Knoedler Gallery Art Scandal Documentary
Stereoscopic photograph of the Knoedler gallery interior, c.1860–80 Melbar Entertainment Group has begun production on the feature documentary about the infamous Knoedler Gallery art scandal that involved one of the largest art forgeries in history. Over 60 forged abstract expressionists works of art sold to high society collectors and prestigious art institutions for over $80 million in total. The film will be completed in late 2019.

7 Lives Tribeca Immersive, at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival, where top VR creators choose to debut their latest work, will showcase more than 30 cinematic and cutting-edge virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality experiences by top artists who push the boundaries of storytelling with technology. Tribeca Immersive encompasses two events that run the duration of the Festival, Virtual Arcade, presented by AT&T, and Tribeca Cinema360. The Tribeca Film Festival takes place from April 24 to May 5.

THE RIVER AND THE WALL The River and The Wall follows five friends on a 1,200 mile journey along the US-Mexico border from El Paso to the Gulf of Mexico. Riding horses, bicycles, and paddling canoes, they travel along the Rio Grande and meet with landowners, border patrol agents, congressmen on both sides of the aisle, immigrants, wildlife biologists, and folks on either side of the Rio to better understand where a physical border wall would go and the impacts it would have.
