Zeitgeist Films will present the US theatrical release of VISION, a film by Margaretha von Trotta. Official Selection – Telluride and Toronto film festivals, VISION will have its theatrical premiere at Film Forum in NYC on October 13, and will open in Los Angeles at Laemmle theaters on November 5. Olive Films will present the US theatrical release of AMER, a feature debut by Hélène Cattet and Bruno Forzani. Official selection at New Directors New Films, SXSW, Seattle International Film Festival, and winner of multiple international festival awards, AMER will have its theatrical release in New York at Cinema Village and in Los Angeles at Sunset 5 on Friday, October 29, 2010. Enemy Mind, a science fiction-style film written, produced and directed by a Coachella Valley-based cast and crew, is now available on DVD. The film was shot on location in the Salton Sea area of Imperial Valley in early 2010, and completed on a shoestring budget.

In a lonely house on the countryside a ten year old girl takes her first steps from childhood into the world of grown-ups. The girl has to spend her summer with her bohemian aunt when her parents go to Africa to work with an aid project. But the aunt isn’t reliable and when she goes off sailing with a man she has met, the girl decides to take care of herself.
