Kino Lorber revealed the new US trailer for The Falling Star, the comedy/thriller film from filmmaker duo, Dominique Abel and Fiona Gordon (The Fairy, Lost in Paris). The slapstick comedy described by Le Soir as “a film noir in color”, stars the two directors Abel and Gordon themselves. The film had its world premiere at the 2023 Locarno Film Festival.

Hammer Films released a new official trailer for the britih gothic horror film ‘Doctor Jekyll’. The film is an adaptation of one of the most famous English novella, 1886’s ‘Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde’ by Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson. Eddie Izzard stars as the titular character, Dr. Nina Jekyll.

The documentary explores the history behind legendary American musician Jimi Hendrix’s recording studio that he commissioned back in 1968, Electric Lady Studios. The still on-going recording studio has been used by some of the biggest name in music history, including AC/DC, David Bowie, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and Stevie Wonder.
