The mystery sci-fi/thriller The Fare released the new trailer ahead of the film’s November release. The sophomore feature from D.C. The bloody psychological thriller short film Glass Cabin, written and directed by Can Türedi, produced by Luca Marcovici, and executive produced by Maya Korn will World Premiere at the horror film festival Screamfest LA. Toronto After Dark Film Festival revealed the First Wave of 10 new horror and sci-fi films for the 2019 festival including the award-winning Irish horror comedy EXTRA ORDINARY co-starring Will Forte, the critically acclaimed dark thriller COME TO DADDY with Elijah Wood, and the Sundance hit sci-fi fantasy PARADISE HILLS starring Emma Roberts and Milla Jovovich.

The crime thriller The Lake Vampire (El vampiro del lago) is based on the novel “A Vampire in Maracaibo” by Venezuelan author Norberto José Olivar – in turn inspired by the real-life case of Zacarías Ortega, one of Venezuela’s most notorious serial killers known for drinking the blood of his victims. The Lake Vampire is the debut feature by Carl Zitelmann and will open in theaters on Friday, September 27 at the Laemmle Glendale in Los Angeles, followed by a VOD release later this fall.

Freaks directed by Adam Stein and Zach Lipovsky released two new official clips in advance of the film opening in theaters nationwide today Friday, September 13th, 2019. The film stars Emile Hirsch, Bruce Dern, Grace Park, with Amanda Crew, along with Lexy Kolker.
