The film also won Best Director for the Daniels, Best Actress for Michelle Yeoh, Best Supporting Actor for Ke Huy Quan, Best Supporting Actress for Stephanie Hsu, Best Original Screenplay, Best Acting Ensemble, Best Editing, and Best Production Design. Nine wins is the most for any film in the history of the North Carolina Film Critics Association’s Best of Cinema annual honors.
