Free Guy and Deadpool 3 director Shawn Levy will receive the inaugural Norman Jewison Award presented by The Budman Family at TIFF Tribute Awards at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival. Named in honor of the legendary Canadian filmmaker, the Norman Jewison Career Achievement Award is presented by The Budman Family, and recognizes Canadians in the film industry who have made a global impact with their careers.

Icarus Films will release a new 2K restoration of The Battle of Chile (La batalla de Chile, 1975-1979), by master documentarian Patricio Guzmán.
