Dark Star Pictures will release Onoda: 10,000 Nights in the Jungle, the award winning drama based on the true story of Hiroo Onoda, the legendary Japanese soldier who spent 30 years in the Philippine jungle, refusing to surrender because he was convinced World War II had not ended. The film stars Endō Yūya, Tsuda Kanji, Matsuura Yūya, and Chiba Tetsuya.

Zeitgeist Films will release a brand new 4K remastering of Tales From The Gimli Hospital Redux by Guy Maddin, which had its world premiere at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The new 4K digital remaster was supervised by Guy Maddin using original printing elements provided by the TIFF Cinematheque Library and includes the replacement of a long lost scene.
Ahead of its world premiere at Fantastic Fest later this month, RLJE Films acquired the horror/sci-fi film, Kids vs. Aliens, and is expected to release the film in theaters, on demand and digital in early 2023 with a Shudder release to follow later in the year.
