Rarely seen, The Mother and the Whore will once again grace French theaters June 8th, before the rerelease of Jean Eustache’s entire body of work, slated in 2023.

French actor Vincent Lindon will be the President of the Jury of the 75th Cannes Film Festival. Together with eight jury members, the actor who won Best Actor in 2015 will present the Palme d’Or to one of the 21 films in competition.
