Jewish Film Institute revealed the 67 films from 18 countries featured at the upcoming 43rd San Francisco Jewish Film Festival (SFJFF), running July 20 – August 6, 2023 in San Francisco and the East Bay.

Steven Spielberg’s The Fabelmans won the People’s Choice Award at the 47th edition of the Toronto International Film Festival. Weird: The Al Yankovic Story directed by Eric Appel won the People’s Choice Midnight Madness Award and Black Ice directed by Hubert Davis won the People’s Choice Documentary Award.

Toronto International Film Festival revealed the 2022 selection for Discovery, Midnight Madness, and Wavelengths programs. This robust lineup features 54 titles from filmmakers representing 26 countries.
