
GLAAD today revealed the nominees of the 37th GLAAD Media Awards, honoring films including Hedda, Blue Moon, Sorry, Baby, and Kiss of the Spider Woman.

Come See Me in the Good Light, directed by Ryan White has won the Audience Choice Award for Best Film at the 49th Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF49). The Sundance Award-winning documentary captures poet Andrea Gibson as they navigate a terminal cancer diagnosis with their wife, fellow poet Megan Falley, by their side.

The 39th edition of BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival taking place March 19 – 30, 2025, unveiled its full program. BFI Flare is divided into three thematic program strands: Hearts, Bodies and Minds and presents 34 World Premieres (across features and shorts) with 56 features, 1 series and 81 shorts from 41 countries.

Desire Lines directed by Jules Rosskam is the winner of the RBC Narrative Change Award at the 2024 Vancouver Queer Film Festival (VQFF). The Gerry Brunet Memorial Award: Best British Columbia Short prize went to directors David Ng and Jen Sungshine for Drag Is For Everyone.
