A Twelve-Year-Night (La noche de 12 años)
The Favourite directed by Yorgos Lanthimos was the big winner at the 32nd European Film Awards taking the top prize European Film along with European Comedy and European Director.
The first winners announced for 32nd European Film Awards in the categories cinematography, editing, production design, costume design, hair & make-up, original score, sound and visual effects.
The European Film Academy announced the 46 films on this year’s EFA Feature Film Selection, films recommended for a nomination for the European Film Awards 2019.
The 30th Palm Springs International Film Festival will screen 223 films; opening with All is True directed by Kenneth Branagh, and closes with Ladies in Black, directed by Bruce Beresford.
Twelve films produced, directed or set in Latin America will compete for the Horizontes Award at the 2018 San Sebastian International Film Festival.
