
Timothée Chalamet will be honored with the prestigious Arlington Artist of the Year Award at the 40th Santa Barbara International Film Festival (SBIFF).

The Banshees of Inisherin is the top film at the Greater Western New York Film Critics Association’s fifth annual end-of-year Film Awards, receiving 5 wins including Best Picture of 2022, along with Best Director plus Original Screenplay for Martin McDonagh, Lead Actor for Colin Farrell, and Supporting Actress for Kerry Condon.

Phoenix Critics Circle awarded The Banshees of Inisherin, the top honor of Best Picture of 2022 along with Best Screenplay for Martin Mcdonagh.

Everything Everywhere All At Once led the nominations for the 2023 Film Independent Spirit Awards with eight total nominations, including Best Director for Daniel Kwan & Daniel Scheinert, and acting nominations for stars Michelle Yeoh, Jamie Lee Curtis, Ke Huy Quan and Stephanie Hsu. Tár received seven nominations including Best Director for Todd Field and acting nominations for Cate Blanchett and Nina Hoss.

The new “bloody” extended theatrical trailer is finally here for Luca Guadagnino’s Bones and All, the thriller starring Taylor Russell, Timothée Chalamet and Mark Rylance, opening in theaters on November 23rd. MGM unveiled the official trailer for Bones and All, the horror romance film starring Timothée Chalamet and Taylor Russell as cannibalistic lovers on a road trip. The film is based on the 2015 novel of the same name by Camille DeAngelis, and also stars Michael Stuhlbarg, André Holland, Chloë Sevigny, David Gordon Green, Jessica Harper, Jake Horowitz, and Mark Rylance.

The 66th BFI London Film Festival added the UK Premiere of Luca Guadagnino’s Bones and All starring Timothée Chalamet, Taylor Russell and Mark Rylance, to the 2022 program, screening in a Special Presentation. Bones and All is the tender story of first love between Maren (Russell), a young woman learning how to survive on the margins of society, and Lee (Chalamet), an intense and disenfranchised drifter, as they embark on a thousand-mile odyssey through Reagan’s America.

Laura Poitras’ All the Beauty and the Bloodshed won the Golden Lion for Best Film at the 79th Venice Film Festival. The documentary chronicles the photographer and activist Nan Goldin and her crusade to hold Purdue Pharma, owned by the Sackler family, accountable for the opioid epidemic.

The 49th Telluride Film Festival unveiled its official program selections of nearly ninety feature films, short films, and revival programs representing twenty-five countries, along with special artist Tributes, Conversations, Panels, Student Programs, and Festivities. Telluride Film Festival takes place Friday, September 2 – Monday, September 5, 2022.
