The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced the three hundred twenty-one feature films eligible for the 2023 Academy Awards®. There are 265 feature films eligible for consideration in the Best Picture category, which has additional eligibility requirements beyond those for general entry.
Miami Film Festival will celebrate its 40th anniversary edition from March 3-12, 2023, opening with Somewhere in Queens, directed by comedian and actor Ray Romano, who will attend. The festival will close with The Lost King, directed by Stephen Frears on Saturday, March 11.
Searchlight Pictures unveiled the official trailer for Chevalier, the biopic drama starring Kelvin Harrison Jr. as French-Caribbean composer Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges. Also starring in the film are Kelvin Harrison Jr., Samara Weaving, Lucy Boynton, Marton Csokas, Alex Fitzalan, and Minnie Driver.
