‘Citizen Ashe’ Trailer. Documentary Explores Legacy of Tennis Legend Arthur Ashe
Citizen Ashe by Samuel D. Pollard and Rex Miller Magnolia Pictures released the official trailer for Citizen Ashe, the documentary on the tennis legend Arthur Ashe charting how he navigated between a conservative sports culture and the activist politics of the Civil Rights movement. Directed by Rex Miller and Sam Pollard, the documentary premiered at the 2021 Telluride Film Festival, and will open in theaters on December 3rd, 2021.
