After taking a pause in 2022, the San Pedro International Film Festival (SPIFF) returns February 2 – 5, 2023, for screenings, panels, and events. The film festival kicks off with Christopher HK Lee’s Korean War documentary, Forgotten Victory, followed by a lineup of curated shorts programs, episodic projects, a special environmentally focused documentaries, a screenwriters panel, and a screenplay competition.
