
The 34th annual Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSIFF) will screen 134 films from 64 countries, including 35 of the International Feature Film Oscar® Submissions, from January 5-16, 2023.

Laura Poitras’ All the Beauty and the Bloodshed won the Golden Lion for Best Film at the 79th Venice Film Festival. The documentary chronicles the photographer and activist Nan Goldin and her crusade to hold Purdue Pharma, owned by the Sackler family, accountable for the opioid epidemic.

The 21st edition of Open Roads: New Italian Cinema, returns to Film at Lincoln Center from June 9 to 15, 2022, offering U.S. audiences a diverse and extensive lineup of contemporary Italian films. With films by directors such as Laura Bispuri, Mario Martone, Nanni Moretti, and Paolo Taviani, this year’s edition features emerging talents and esteemed veterans, commercial and independent fare, gripping dramas and captivating documentaries.

Fantastic Fest unveiled the final wave of films for the upcoming 16th edition which will close with the U.S. Premiere of Camille Griffin’s pitch-black comedy Silent Night, starring Keira Knightley, Matthew Goode and Roman Griffin Davis.
