The 32nd edition of the New York African Film Festival (NYAFF) unveiled the lineup featuring more than 30 contemporary and classic films from Africa and its diaspora. This year’s theme, “Fluid Horizons: A Shifting Lens on a Hopeful World,” honors the resilience of African youth and the forebearers who paved the way for them.
24 titles, with 20 World Premieres, are set for the 2024 Discovery program lineup at the Toronto International Film Festival in which audiences will uncover hidden cinematic gems from around the globe. The Discovery program premieres debut and sophomore films from emerging filmmakers, showcasing the best of contemporary international cinema.
