
It’s a wrap. The Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) celebrated a successful return to fully in-person programs at CAAMFest 2023, with more than 11,000 people in attendance.

The multi award-winning series POV returns for its 36th season with a slate of 16 feature documentaries with themes devoted to caregiving, transnationalism, activism, childhood aspirations, accessibility, and intergenerational relationships.

The Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) announced the fully in-person program lineup for CAAMFest 2023, taking place May 11-21, 2023 in San Francisco. Opening Night of this year’s festival is headlined by the film Joy Ride directed by Adele Lim at the Castro Theatre.

The 14th Austin Asian American Film Festival taking place June 23-26, 2022 announced the complete film lineup, with Tom Huang’s comedy Dealing With Dad, opening the film festival, So Yun Um’s Liquor Store Dreams is the Spotlight selection, and Kurdwin Ayub’s Sonne will close the film festival. All screenings will take place at the AFS Cinema (6406 N I-35, Unit 3100).
