The 11th Chain NYC Film Festival taking place August 4 – 13, 2023, announced the diverse lineup of over 180 features, shorts, and web series, both narrative and documentaries. The festival wilI showcase the work of a variety of artists including Golden Globe-winner Jacqueline Bisset, Academy Award-nominee Andrew Chesworth, Hugh Dancy, Morgan Fairchild, Corey Feldman, Robin Givens, Tony Award-winner James Naughton, Academy Award-winner Mercedes Ruehl, Jefferson White.
The 2023 Oxford Film Festival taking place March 1-5, 2023 announced the lineup of 143 films and media projects for the 20th Anniversary annual edition.
The Coronado Island Film Festival taking place November 10-13, 2022 in the seaside village of Coronado, California, opens this week with Sam Mendes’ Empire of Light as the Opening Night selection, Elegance Bratton’s The Inspection is the Centerpiece selection, and Maria Schrader’s She Said taking the Closing Night spot, along with CIFF’s traditional screening of Billy Wilder’s classic Some Like it Hot.
Following an all-virtual event last year, the 48th Seattle International Film Festival will return April 14–24, 2022 with a hybrid event that includes both in-person and virtual screenings. The 11-day festival will present the best in international and independent films from around the globe – with screenings at SIFF theaters and venues throughout the city as well as virtually on the SIFF Channel.
