Miami Film Festival will celebrate its 40th anniversary edition from March 3-12, 2023, opening with Somewhere in Queens, directed by comedian and actor Ray Romano, who will attend. The festival will close with The Lost King, directed by Stephen Frears on Saturday, March 11.
Indie Memphis Film Festival celebrates its 25th Anniversary from October 19th through 24th on the ground in Memphis, as well as virtually, with an intensely varied international lineup of new films, most of which with filmmakers in-person, as well as revival screenings that celebrate Memphis’ rich cultural history, and incredible restorations of film classics.
Tallgrass Film Festival celebrate its 20th Anniversary on September 28-October 2, with a lineup including 53 features and 14 short film programs with 195 films; opening with Ravi Kapoor’s Four Samosas, joining the other gala presentations, which include the world premiere of Daniel Fetherston and Danny Szlauderbach’s, We Were Famous, You Don’t Remember: The Embarrassment, Bryan Darling and Jesse Finley Reed’s All Man: The International Male Story, Bradford Thomason and Brett Whitcomb’s Butterfly in the Sky, and Camille Hardman and Gary Lane’s Still Working 9 to 5.
The 2022 Bentonville Film Festival revealed the narrative, documentary, short film, and episodic competition selections premiering in-person in Bentonville, AR from June 22-26. A virtual component to the festival will have an extended run, opening June 22 and closing July 3.
