The Boy and the Heron Named Best Film of 2023 by Florida Film Critics Circle
The Boy and the Heron (Studio Ghibli / Gkids) Hayao Miyazaki’s The Boy and the Heron was named Best Picture of 2023 by the Florida Film Critics Circle, making history as the first time an animated film won the top prize. The film also won Best Animated Film and Best Score for Joe Hisaishi.
