Chinese filmmaker Zheng Lu Xinyuan won the Tiger Award at the 49th International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) for her film The Cloud in Her Room. In her personal debut film, shot in black-and-white, filmmaker Zheng Lu Xinyuan follows 22-year-old Muzi as she returns to Hangzhou, where she was born, for the New Year’s celebration.
