The critically-acclaimed Sundance hit Fair Play directed by Chloe Domont will kick off this year’s Woodstock Film Festival, now in its 24th year, taking place from September 27 to October 1, 2023, across the Hudson Valley towns of Woodstock, Rosendale and Saugerties.
Documentary films on mountain climber Lhakpa Sherpa, Japan’s reality TV star Nasubi, Ukraine’s foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba, Indigenous activist Layla Staats, historian Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, and Canadian icon Mr. Dressup are among the 2023 selection for the Toronto International Film Festival’s TIFF Docs program featuring 22 titles from 12 countries around the world.
