Oxford Film Festival announced the lineup of official selections for the 18th annual edition of the festival which will be a hybrid presentation including an open-air outdoor theater, drive-ins, and a full month of virtual screenings from March 24-28, and April 1-30.
The Jewish Museum and Film at Lincoln Center will present the virtual 2021 New York Jewish Film Festival (NYJFF) virtually from January 13 through 26 showcasing 17 features and seven shorts.
The 2020 Milwaukee Film Festival runs all-virtual from October 15 – 29, featuring 197 film titles. Opening the festival is “I Used to Go Here” directed by Kris Rey, featuring Gillian Jacobs and Jemaine Clement, a heartfelt crowd-pleaser about a 30-something writer who should be celebrating her success, but with all of her friends getting married and having kids, she feels like she’s missing out.
NewFest, the New York LGBTQ Film Festival, finally unveiled the complete lineup for this year’s 32nd edition of the festival. The festival will kick off with the New York City premiere of Francis Lee’s Ammonite starring Academy Award-winner Kate Winslet and Academy Award nominee Saoirse Ronan. and will close with the virtual New York premiere of Faraz Shariat’s Teddy Award-winner No Hard Feelings.

Women Texas Film Festival (WTxFF) announced the official selections for the fifth year of the critically-acclaimed Dallas-based film festival. The festival focuses solely on visionary female filmmakers and features LGBTQIA+ stories, provocative documentaries, and Texas-based female filmmakers throughout its lineup. Pivoting to an all-virtual presentation, Olivia Peace’s teenage comedy Tahara will open the festival, and Lisa Donato’s Gossamer Folds is the Closing Night Selection for WTxFF, August 13-16.
